It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Arthur (Artie) Klamka, a beloved husband, and dedicated department member, at the age of 85. Artie, was a 45-year member of the department.

Artie joined the department in 1979 after he and his wife, Judy, made their home in Valeria Circle. His commitment to service was unwavering, and he brought a wealth of experience with him, having previously served with the Ossining and Croton Falls fire departments. Artie was not only known for his dedication to the fire department but also for his active involvement in numerous committees and non-firematic activities.

Throughout his life, Artie was known for his selflessness, generosity, and kindness, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the many lives he touched through his years of service.

A memorial service will be held at Temple Shaaray Tefila, 89 Baldwin Rd, Bedford Corners, NY 10549.
