Just after 6PM on Tuesday November 8th Golden's Bridge Fire Department along with Katonah Bedford Hills Ambulance & Westchester EMS 45 Medics were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries by the I684 6A off ramp. Within seconds Cars 2141,2142 and 2143 were responding and were on scene within about 2 minutes from dispatch. With Engine 140, Rescue 25 and Tanker 1 not too far behind them. Per Car 2142 (Chief McManus), there was one injury being reported by an occupant. He requested that Rescue 25 come up to the scene to block traffic and for Engine 140 to stage back further. He also requested Tanker 1 to block the entire incident. All of the apparatus were put into blocking positions to protect the emergency services workers as well as the patients. One patient was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation. After the patient was transported by KBHVAC, Golden's Bridge Fire Department turned the scene over to the New York State Police and the Help Truck.
